At T.A.F Sports Performance I tailor Strength & Conditioning programs to meet the performance needs and goals of our clients. We work with athletes of all ages and abilities to increase physical outputs in all performance endeavours including;

What Is Strength & Conditioning?

1) PERFORMANCE - Strength & Conditioning focuses on movement quality to improve performance, this can be sport focused i.e, Improvement of speed, strength and power, Not only does Strength & Conditioning help to improve sports performance it can also be use to improve performance in real-life scenarios, such as standing up with ease for elderly clients.

2) INJURY PREVENTION - Strength & Conditioning helps in preventing injury. S&C coaches do this through enhance movement pattern quality which can help to prevent injury in athletes , this can help to prolong or advance their career. In the real-world this could also be helping an elderly client working on proprioception & balance to decrease risk of falls.

3) End-Stage Rehabilitation - You might no longer have pain and injury but that doesn’t mean you’re ready to return to competition or performance. Strength and conditioning provides you with the tools needed to return to performance at pre-injury levels.

Just because your injury is healed doesn’t mean you’re ready to perform at you best! let our team of highly qualified professional’s get you back to your best, through carefully prescribed return to perform programs. Our programs will ensure you return fitter and stronger than pre-injury.

PSP Elite Athlete Program

Are you a rising Junior Athlete or an established athlete that wants to take their performance to new levels ? Then this program is for you. Providing all the services of 1-on-1 and team based Strength & Conditioning at a discounted price. Each athlete also receives a free Elite Athlete Program T-shirt, hat, towel and drink bottle. Online Strength & Conditioning Programming/Coaching

Got a busy training or work schedule and can’t come into train but want to take your strength,injury prevention and performance to the next level? this program allows for you to have an individual strength and conditioning program that you can do anywhere, with guidance’s via correspondences.
